How we can help you grow your practice – Example
You are a Psychologist who would like to grow your practice and take on more clients but you may be struggling to find the time as you are being bogged down by admin tasks, scheduling, you are taking too long to get back to enquiries and by the time you get back to them they have found someone else to work with. In addition to this you hate doing invoicing, and think that the time spent doing all of these admin tasks could be spent doing what you do best – seeing clients and the more clients you see the more money you are bringing into your private practice. So you’re considering reaching out to a VA who can do all the admin tasks for you allowing you to concentrate on client sessions and even add more sessions to your diary but you’re concerned about how having this help might look financially.
I’ve provided an example below, based on Psychologists I currently work with –
You currently spend 5-10 hours per month doing admin tasks including replying to enquiries, onboarding clients, scheduling, invoicing, chasing payments, reconciling payments, updating websites, social media, directories, replying to emails, setting up online meeting links, booking rooms etc. This is 5-10 hours per month where you could be seeing more clients and growing your private practice.
You hire a VA who has experience in doing these tasks and is likely going to be quicker at them due to their experience and efficiency.
You hire a VA for 5 hours per month, costing £30 per hour = £150 per month (this will depend on how busy your practice is, this time could be more or less). This allows you to take on an extra 5-10 client sessions per month, say you charge £100 per session (again an approx..) so you bring in an extra £500 - £1000 per month and pay a VA £150 per month to take care of your admin. This seems like a no brainer, right?! So where do you start?
