Pricing

Prices start at £30 per hour. Please contact us for a quote. 

Minimum of one hour required. We offer ongoing and ad-hoc support as & when required, billed to the nearest 15 minutes. We will quote how long the task will take us before it is carried out.

About Margaret

​​

Business owner operating property development company building new residential properties. Experienced Sales and Business Development Manager gained in various industries such as Oil and Gas Industry, Retail and Property market over 30+ years. 

​

Margaret has worked for major blue chip companies selling products and solutions to both B2C and B2B customers. Part of her role was to develop new business streams to increase revenue for the businesses. One of the major successes was in setting up a new renewables division within a Liquefied Petroleum Gas company to provide a greener/sustainable solution to large off grid commercial and industrial clients. One of the first companies to do so in this field.

 

Margaret and her husband who worked in construction, started their property development company after leaving her full time employment in sales.  They had built a few properties previously to live in themselves and felt they had the knowledge and experience to build new homes to sell. Margaret negotiated the purchase of land both with and without planning and had responsibility to work with architect and engineers to gain planning and building warrant where necessary,  She also had to plan and arrange connection of all utilities, supplier agreements, contractor quotes, payment of all suppliers and contractors, marketing and selling the properties.  In summary she dealt with everything that was relating to building outside the physical aspect. Prior to the new build business she was involved in renovating properties for resale.  

 

Margaret’s extremely driven to finding solutions to challenges and has been described as being ‘like a dog with a bone ‘ once tasked to do something. She is very ideas driven and is a high achiever who has won many sales achievement awards during her career.
